What data we process
If you fill in the form: your email address, your name (optional), the gym the code on our letter belongs to, the date and time of your consent and of its confirmation, the exact consent text you accepted, a one-way encrypted value of your IP address, and your browser type, as proof of your consent. When you open this page with the code from our letter, or tap "I'm interested", we count this for the gym the code belongs to. We do not link it to you as a person, and we set no cookies. About the gym: public business data such as name, address, website, phone number, day-pass price and Google ratings.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
To send you commercial information about GymAnywhere and to manage a possible partnership with your gym: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 21 of the Spanish LSSI). To send postal letters to the gym using its public business data, and to count visits of this page per gym: our legitimate interest in presenting our service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). To keep proof of your consent: compliance with legal obligations and the defence against claims.
How long we keep it
Until you withdraw your consent. The proof of the consent and of its withdrawal is kept for as long as claims can be raised.
Who we share it with
With providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database), Resend (sending emails), Google (email), Anthropic (help with drafting messages) and Lovable (hosting of this website). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case appropriate safeguards apply, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, ask for data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to daniel@gymanywhere.ai or with the unsubscribe link in every email. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
